I’ve been a bit rubbish about Daily Photo recently. Thankfully I had a trip to Turkey booked which meant I was taking more like 700 pictures a day rather than one. So here are the pictures I’ve chosen from the weekend. On the first night we arrived we went for a walk to find the places the sea buses went from, it took us through an area with many mosques and some important buildings being guarded by men with guns. There were a lot of very scraggy looking cats about the place too. This was taken not far from a park we found with free wifi. Daily Photo #46

Today I went to investigate the Froggy Bath in our garden again, and low and behold there were many frogs! Some were very small, and on close inspection the water was rippling because of hundreds of little tadpoles swimming about just under the surface. The frogs were not very compliant to my photography, and the light was bad, so on the most part they have blurry edges. Still I quite liked this little fellow. Daily Photo #44

Unfortunately I’ve missed quite a few daily photos recently due to being ill. Finally I’m at the stage where I can stand to concentrate on something for more than a few minutes and not have my head attempt to explode so I’ll attempt to resume the picture taking. This is different from previous photos, I don’t usually take pictures of people but I couldn’t resist uploading it, even though the quality isn’t too great. Everyone looks so happy, and the sun is shining, there’s food and wine and the outside world. It was a good day. Daily Photo #41
